Our Founder
OUTFOXM was founded by Maria-Kristina Hayden to address a critical gap in cybersecurity: the human element. Her background spans Capitol Hill, the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, the U.S. Air Force (civilian), Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Bank of New York, giving her a unique perspective on how cyber threats impact organizations at every level.
Today, Maria-Kristina leads OUTFOXM in helping organizations build real-world cyber resilience through immersive simulations, executive briefings, and human-centric security strategies. She is an advisor to Boards of Directors, C-Suites and CISOs, and is a sought-after keynote speaker for industry, corporate, nonprofit and academic audiences. Her mission is to help organizations and individuals stay ahead of evolving cyber threats with clarity and confidence.
